About me

I have been working as a Sports & Remedial Massage therapist since 2011. Majority of my experience is based in London, UK.   Since my graduation from London School of Sports Massage, I have attended various other courses and gained also qualification in Cupping and dry needling.  In recent years my interest shifted to fascia massage. This type of treatment can be painless and suitable for clients with low pain tolerance. I use a combination of different techniques to suit patient needs.

My experience lies with a very diverse client base, treating patients with specific conditions such as Sciatica, scoliosis, arthritis, mainly to provide relive in their daily activity. Some of my clients were sports people, preparing for swimming, marathon or triathlon events. I also had clients who only wanted to distress and relax including office workers and young mothers.

Post and Pre-event massage

Pre-event massage is a light, specific treatment given 24 hours to 30min before a sports event. In cases of last min treatment, it is usually applied through clothing. The strokes should be very short and not too deep. The main purpose for a pre-event massage is to prepare an athlete for the work out at a competition.

Post event massage is applied immediately after the even or 24 to 48 hours later. It helps the athlete to recover from the high physical impact. The applied passive strokes have shown to calms the muscle tonus and help to lift the levels of fatigue
